Sparrow is one of the free birds available as soon as you join. Adult flight does not use a stamina bar, so it is the straightforward bird for learning takeoff and the teleport map.

Select it from the free starter roster. No Feathers or Robux.
Use it for a first nest and first flock. Switch when you want Night Vision, Mimic, or a larger body.
Stay active in a server. The documented rate is 5 Feathers every 90 seconds, and the wallet stops at 10,000 until you spend some. Feathers are not sold for Robux.
